Cold Cucumber & Dill Soup
1 lb plain yogurt
4 oz sour cream
2 peeled, seeded cucumbers
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
3 tbs olive oil
1 bunch fresh dill
1 bunch fresh mint
salt & pepper to taste
Roughly chop cucumber, dill and mint and put in food processor/blender.
Add garlic, sour cream and yogurt.
Blend in oil, salt & pepper and water to desired consistency.
Chill and serve.
