    In addition to parodying Doctor Who, Dead Ringers has also parodied Torchwood . The sketches comment Torchwood’s high level of sex, and low levels of characterization (denoting Owen , Ianto , Jack and Gwen by the traits of “annoying”, “dull and annoying”, ” camp and annoying” and ” Welsh ” respectively).
