6 egg yolks (12)
6T sugar (1.125 c)
6T whipped cream (1.125 c)
4 egg whites (3)
.25t salt (.5)
6 drops almond extract
1.5t cardamom
1.5oz whiskey/cognac/brandy
(.5c melted butter)
flour to handle (7c)
Cream together first 5 ingredients, then whisk in next 3.
Add flour to get to sticky cookie-dough consistency.
Roll .125″ thick, cut and fold
